People are at the centre of healthcare. This event, a part of the UCL Festival for Digital Health, will comprise short of presentations and interactive demonstrations of work at UCL that is putting the patient at the heart of Digital Health solutions. These will include technologies for understanding healthcare, managing chronic pain, supporting well-being and promoting health behaviour change. The evening will close with an interactive talk introducing “Human Factors in Healthcare: Human Factors 101? for those involved in designing, implementing, procuring and deploying Digital Health solutions. And of course, an opportunity to network.
We aim to discuss and exhibit our work on understanding healthcare and human error, on sensing motion/emotion in healthy and chronic pain populations and on feedback to increase motivation, to promote behaviour change and to provoke changes in body perception.
