Quality improvement programmes in primary care hold great promise for improving patient outcomes and experience. Implementing and assessing the effectiveness of such programmes can be extremely challenging. Focusing on the findings of our recent research, this workshop seeks to engage clinicians and researchers in discussion of emerging issues in delivering and evaluating quality improvement in primary care.

Chairs: Professor Mike Roberts, UCLP lead for Integrated Co-morbidities Programme and Professor Naomi Fulop, UCL Professor of Health Care Organisation and Management and NIHR CLAHRC North Thames Systems and Models Theme Lead.
