Creating connections

UCL Roberts Foyer | (link Map)
Torrington Place | London | WC1E 7JE | United Kingdom

Open to: Academic | Student

Creating Connections brings together UCL staff and postgraduate students with representatives from community organisations, charities, residents’ groups, social enterprises and statutory organisations, with the aim of finding ways to work together. If you have an idea for how UCL and London’s communities can work more closely together, or are just curious about how to get started, come along. March’s event will be of particular value to anyone interested in: Mental Health and different cultures? This might interest you if you’d like to discuss: Do people from different communities access and experience mental health services in different ways? In what ways are NHS changes equipped to reflect this? What role can community organisations play in helping improve access? By increasing inter-cultural interaction, can we help improve well-being?
