Old age and immunology open day
The Rayne Institute
5 University Street | Fitzrovia | London | WC1E 6JF | United Kingdom
An opportunity to learn about the latest research on aging, the immune system, and understand why older adults are more prone to infection and illness.
UCL will be hosting an open day where local residents will have the chance to hear about the latest research on aging. A number of scientists at UCL are investigating how our immune system alters with old age, with the aim of preventing or reducing illness in the older population.
Attendees are invited to see posters and demonstrations, ask questions, and find out what it means to take part in research. Food and drinks will be provided.
If you would like to attend, please contact UCL by email, phone (), or write to Dr N Riddell, 4th Floor, Rayne Institute, 5 University Street, London, WC1E 6JF.
