Curated by Dean Barratt (UCL Medical Physics & Biomedical Engineering) and Mark Emberton (UCL Surgery and Interventional Science), this exhibition explores advances in the understanding of the form and function of the prostate gland, the diagnosis of prostate cancer, and the treatment of the disease within the context of continual changes in the sociocultural perceptions of masculinity, the male body, and men's health.

The exhibition is divided into four interrelated themes - perceptions of prostate cancer and men's health, anatomy, medical imaging, and treatment - and includes historical objects from the UCL Museums collections, contemporary objects, and digital content arising from UCL research.
