Crick Chat on Cancer: the Big Picture

The Francis Crick Institute (link Map)
1 Midland Road | London | NW1 1HG | United Kingdom

Open to: Academic | Student

Cancer is caused by changes in genes. But studying individual genes isn’t enough to fully understand the disease. Join Francesca Ciccarelli, who runs a lab at the Crick, and James Spicer, a clinician from King’s College London, as they discuss how understanding the whole genome is leading to new ways of treating cancer. Crick Chats are relaxed and friendly evening events that bring you face-to-face with researchers working at the Francis Crick Institute and our partner organisations. Hear about their work, ask a burning question, or just enjoy a chat; Crick Chats are free and open to all.

FREE – booking required via Eventbrite (see link below).

This event is being held as part of Bloomsbury Festival, a five-day celebration of the area’s pioneering creativity.
