The Centre for Education and International Development is delighted to host the first CEID Seminar of the 2017/18 year.
In this seminar, Elaine Unterhalter and Amy North will present findings from their recently published book Education, poverty and global goals for gender equality. This will be followed by a discussion focussing on the politics of implementation and how global frameworks on gender, education and poverty are interpreted and enacted in local settings.
The seminar is free to attend, and open to all.
