This is a one day conference looking at transport and regeneration.

Improved transport links are essential to underpin jobs and growth in a competitive EU and global environment, and help those economies coming out of recession.

EU and European Commission policies emphasise this, but with reduced public expenditure, how can innovative transport technologies enhance the connectivity of cities and regions across the EU, especially in more peripheral regions?

This will be a unique opportunity to hear case studies of sustainable, cost-effective transport solutions to improve accessibility to, from and within peripheral regions in North-West Europe.
