Speaker information: Professor Takaomi C. Saido, Ph. D. Senior Team Leader at the Laboratory for Proteolytic Neuroscience, RIKEN Brain Science Institute. Host:Department of Molecular Neuroscience Seminar. Abstract: Takaomi first described Ab cleavage and clearance by neprilisyn and has recently been doing very elegant work on differential effects of presenilin mutations, including ones found at the DRC, on APP cleavage and Notch cleavage.
