Prof. Daniel Markvovits, Guido Calabresi Professor of Law, Yale Law School, Daniel Markovits is Guido Calabresi Professor of Law at Yale Law School. He works in the philosophical foundations of private law, moral and political philosophy, and behavioral economics.

As part of the Yale-UCL Collaborative, the UCL Faculty of Laws is delighted to host a conference on themes from the manuscript of Professor Daniel Markovits’ new book Meritocracy and its Discontents, scheduled for publication with Penguin next year. Professor Markovits is Guido Calabresi Professor of Law at Yale Law School.
