Paddy Conaghan, Consultant, Hoare Lea, Paddy Conaghan was senior partner and strategist of Hoare Lea for 20 years – a period of major organic business growth and reputational acclaim.

In UK as in much of the world, construction is challenged by the overarching need to slash the carbon footprint of new and stock buildings by 80% while simultaneously cutting the cost of implementation works by at least 20%. The two goals are immutably linked - but achieving so much ‘more for less’ is an unprecedented mission! Some things must change, but what?
