Dr Vicky Robinson CBE, Chief Executive of the National Centre for the Replacement, Refinement & Reduction of Animals in Research (NC3Rs), will present on grant opportunities available with the NC3Rs, followed by a small lunch in the Museum Room. The NC3Rs fund research which will lead to the replacement, refinement and reduction of the use of animals and they provide a range of funding schemes including project grants, studentships and personal fellowships.
If you would like to attend, please email Natalie Reeve by Wednesday 10th June. Also, if you would like an individual meeting with Vicky Robinson after the lunch to discuss the details of your potential research proposals, please contact Natalie for appointments too.
The Institute of Ophthalmology is located five minutes’ walk from Old Street tube station, on the Northern Line. Bus 205 also runs from Euston (alight at the Moorfields Eye Hospital stop).
