Prof Clyde Hertzman, University of British Columbia
The 2011 Catherine Peckham Lecture and Symposium. Professor Clyde Hertzman is the Director of the Human Early Learning Partnership at the University of British Columbia where he is Canada Research Chair in Population Health and Human Development. He is internationally recognised for interdisciplinary research and translational initiatives linking early child development to population health. Following the lecture, there will be a symposium on life course perspectives on early child health and development. Speakers include: Professor Anna Vignoles from the Institute of Education, Professor Carol Dezateux and Dr Elina Hyppönen from the UCL MRC Centre of Epidemiology for Child Health. All are welcome to attend.
