A precursor to the Neurology 2016: leading edge neurology for the practising clinician course aimed at Clinical Trainees and Research Fellows in Neurology and associated specialities.

This symposium is designed for trainees and research fellows to assist in preparing for the neurology training exit examination.

Lectures will given in the following seven areas, and in addition a series of sample questions will be circulated in advance of the meeting, and the results discussed during the lecture: MRI imaging; Nerve Conduction and EMG studies; Sorting out dementia; Disorders of eye movements; Hyperkinetic movement disorders; Less common stroke syndromes; Localising nerve lesions.

A comprehensive course book will be provided.
