Nick Black, Co-Founder, CloudMade, Nick is a passionate and driven geo specialist with a focus on mobile and web developer platforms, crowd sourcing and community mapping. As co-founder and Head of Products of CloudMade - the platform and tools company serving consumers, mappers, developers and advertisers around the world, Nick is responsible for the company's overall product strategy. Over the last 18 months CloudMade's products team have brought numerous developer and community mapping tools to market, including the Style Editor, Navi Studio, Mapzen, Mapzen POI Collector and a range of iPhone and web SDKs. Nick has been deeply involved with OpenStreetMap - the worldwide movement that is creating a free, editable map of the world - since 2006 and has served on the board of the OpenStreetMap Foundation.

UCL's Department of Management Science and Innovation and UCL Advances organises a series of guest lectures from leading entrepreneurs and investors. These will be held every Thursday evening (during term time) starting at 17:15pm.

This week's guest is Nick Black, Co-Founder of CloudMade.
