Dr Jessica Allen, Co-Director of the European Review of Social Deter, UCL

The Marmot Review on health inequalities in England and the subsequent European Review on social determinants and the health divide across Europe, describe the unfair and avoidable inequalities in health within and between countries. Dr Jessica Allen will use the evidence from this work to describe the causes and impact of these inequalities on the health of migrants, migrant workers, Roma populations, refugees and asylum seekers, in England and across Europe.

Seating will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

This event forms part of Migration Week which runs from Monday 4 April to Friday 8 April 2011.
