A late afternoon & evening screening of two rarely seen yet remarkable silent feature films brought over especially from the archives of the Netherlands Film Institute, with piano accompaniment.

5-6pm: The Odyssey or L' Odissea (Italy, 1911, dir. Francesco Bertolini, Adolfo Padovan & Giuseppe de Liguoro) introduced by Pantelis Michelakis (University of Bristol).

7-9.15pm: Julius Caesar or Cajus Julius Caesar (Italy, 1914 dir. Enrico Guazzoni) introduced by Maria Wyke (UCL).
