UCL-TB and the TB Centre at The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) are marking World TB Day 2015 with an all-day event on Tuesday 24 March.
Eminent national and international speakers will highlight the leading issues and research to reach, treat and cure those with tuberculosis, including a debate about the management of multidrug-resistant TB contacts.
The meeting will also review the new Public Health England (PHE) and NHS England collaborative five year TB national strategy to eliminate TB as its implementation begins.
Through bringing a wide range of researchers together we aim to encourage new cross-disciplinary links and collaborations between scientists and clinicians at the forefront of the TB field.
