That’s the challenge four researchers from UCL Engineering are taking on. In the fast-paced Pecha Kucha format each speaker will be allowed 20 slides, each shown for 20 seconds, to talk about their work.

On March 26th, hear about terraforming with synthetic biology, using wifi to detect intruders, and more, from:

Dr Kevin Chetty (UCL Security & Crime Science) Dr Vanessa Diaz (UCL Mechanical Engineering) Dr Dave Chapman (UCL Management Science & Innovation) Dr Darren Nesbeth (UCL Biochemical Engineering)

Drinks from 6pm in the Roberts Foyer – Speakers start at 6.30 in Roberts G.08 LT, and will join us for drinks and nibbles afterwards. Previously this event has been just for engineering types, but now we're opening the doors to everyone interested to come along.
