Location

Mary Ward House (link Map)
5-7 Tavistock Place | London | WC1H 9SN | United Kingdom

Open to: Academic | Student

A Conference hosted by Perinatal Parent-Infant Mental Health Service (PPIMHS) and NELFT Medical Education.

Aimed at general practitioners, perinatal services, nurses, social workers, consultants, allied health professionals, acute and mental health services.

NELFT delivers care from one such service but the management of women and families in the perinatal period is “Everyone’s Business” (the name of the MMHA campaign). This conference aims to inform a broad audience about some of the ways in which perinatal mental health problems can be managed and how we have come to have such a service here at NELFT. The day will be of interest to commissioners and clinicians including: adult general mental health practitioners, GPs, midwives, health visitors, obstetricians, psychologists, psychotherapists, and all working with pregnant and postnatal women. Alongside renowned international speakers, delegates will be able to network and gain CPD points.
