UCLP Centre for Neurorehabilitation symposium: goal-setting in neurorehabilitation - consensus and controversies

Location

Lecture Theatre | (link Map)
33 Queen Square | London | United Kingdom

Open to: Academic | Student

During this meeting we will revisit the controversies and areas of consensus identified in a goal-setting meeting held in 2009 (results published in Clinical Rehabilitation 2009;23(4):334-44). We will hear from experts in the field, including Richard Siegert and William Levack, authors of the recently published book, ‘Rehabilitation Goal Setting: Theory, Practice and Evidence’ , and identify how far we have progressed and what is yet to be done. Before the meeting starts, participants will be asked to complete the first round of the Delphi and to complete it twice more during the course of the meeting. This meeting provides an excellent opportunity to update on current thinking, to consider your own experience in the context of the theory, and to gain a sense of future direction.

CPD points will be applied for.
