Bringing together people interested in key worker roles to improve continuity, co-ordination of care and patient experience.

This one day conference sponsored by CLIC Sargent will support the launch of the final report from the CLIC Sargent 'Children's Key Worker Service Evaluation Project' and bring together professionals interested in key worker roles and improving continuity, co-ordination of care and patient experience. Speakers include: Kath Evans (Head of Patient Experience NHS England), Dr Ana Martins (Research Associate, University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust), David Wright (Teenage Cancer Trust Lead Nurse for Teenagers and Young Adults, The Christie Hospital), Jacqueline Goodchild (Workforce Programme Lead, Macmillan Cancer Support).
