Speaker information

Dr Joe Cain, UCL Science & Technology Studies

Dr Joe Cain introduces a groundbreaking film that thrilled audiences of the time with its underwater photography. One of the original Hollywood sci-fi blockbusters, this film features remarkable scenes of coral reefs, sharks, and special-effect octopuses. Follow Captain Nemo's revenge-driven adventures in the Nautilus, and then join us afterwards for a complimentary glass of wine and private view of the museum.
