Spring is a time of transformations. Join us at UCL Art Museum for an evening of "anti-establishment" transformative millinery. You will look at the creation and the cultural history of headpieces with Dr Susannah Walker, teaching fellow in the History of Art department and artist whose work uses textiles, costume and fashion imagery to explore issues of class and gender. You will make your own fascinator out of recycled materials. Inspiration will be provided by a display of images of hats and headpieces from the collection.
