The National Institute for Health Research University College London Hospitals Biomedical Research Centre in partnership with UCLPartners is running a programme of regular award-winning workshops for clinical academic researchers on patient and public involvement (PPI) in research.

This workshop is for beginners (people who are new to the active involvement of patients and the public in research). The workshop will cover some basic PPI principles and look at how to complete the PPI section of grant application forms. Topics covered include what large funders are looking for in terms of PPI. The workshop will help you to develop your knowledge of funder requirements for PPI explore what you can do in your research topic and area to undertake PPI that will benefit your research.
