Professor Margot Finn, Chair in Modern British History, UCL History Department, Professor Finn joined the department during 2012 and this is her first public lecture at UCL. Professor Finn is also Director of the Leverhulme funded ‘East India Company at Home, 1757-1857’ research project, Vice President of the Royal Historical Society and Trustee of the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Professor Margot Finn will deliver the annual Neale Lecture (kindly supported by the Neale family). This will be a public occasion – all welcome. The lecture will be followed by a drinks reception at 7:30pm in the Wilkins Garden Room.
