CURE Foundation Frontiers in Research Seminar Speaker: Prof. John Huguenard, Stanford University (USA).
The CURE Foundation Frontiers in Seminar Series is aimed at exposing young researchers and clinicians to exciting epilepsy research and to provide them with an opportunity to meet senior investigators. In this seminar, Prof. Huguenard will talk about their work in identifying and effective therapeutic targeting of key neuronal cell types in post-lesional (stroke) models of epilepsy as well as genetic generalised (absence) epilepsy models. To provide attendees an opportunity to meet the speaker, the seminar will be followed by a sandwich lunch.
