Challenge on Dementia 2020: putting words into action

Rooms on Regents Park (link Map)
27 Sussex Place | London | NW1 4RG | United Kingdom

Open to: Academic | Student

One year after the publication of the Prime Minister's Challenge on Dementia 2020 in February 2015, this conference will examine the stated ambitions and how we in London have set out to meet the challenge so far.

The conference will welcome influential speakers including Alistair Burns, National Clinical Director for Dementia, NHS England.

Sessions will address key aspects of the challenge here in London.

At the heart of the conference will be people living with dementia and their carers, telling personal stories and challenging us all to keep the person at the centre of all care.

The conference welcomes all health and social care staff, including clinicians, pharmacists, optometrists, and dentists; there will be opportunities for networking, shared learning, and a call to action to shape out care provision across London.
