In this seminar for the UCL Institute for Global Prosperity, Professor Helene Joffe presents a study that examined aspirations for cities of the future among those living in London and Birmingham. People’s subjective aspirations were examined in light of their match or clash with wellbeing maximisation and with carbon reduction. This talk will explore the link between aspirations and wellbeing.
