Dr Paul Boutros, Ontario Institute for Cancer Research presents: Exploring the Origins of Prostate Tumour Aggressivity.
Prostate cancer is the most common non-skin malignancy in men. Can we predict whether an individual case will be malignant and require aggressive treatment, or not? I discuss today how the three distinct genomes of a prostate cancer cell separately and jointly drive disease progression and offer strategies for personalized therapy in the context of spatial and temporal heterogeneity
Hosted by: Prof Mark Emberton
This seminar has been sponsored in part by the Biomedical Research Centre and Cancer Research UK.
