Speaker information

Dr Anna David, UCL Institute for Women's Health

The failure of a baby to grow normally in the womb is a common pregnancy complication. Every year, it affects up to 70,000 UK pregnancies. Yet there is no treatment. Marking International Women’s Day, Dr David will discuss her work developing a therapy to improve the growth of small babies before birth.
