How to Advise Parliament?

Location

Archaeology G6 LT | UCL Institute of Archaeology (link Map)
31–34 Gordon Square | London | WC1 | United Kingdom

Open to: Academic

Amaze your friends, and colleagues and generate terrific impact profiles by learning how to advise Parliament on your area of expertise.

Through engagement with parliamentary committees research can generate impact, which is both significant and far reaching, but quite often these channels are under utilised by researchers. This joint event brings representatives from the machinery of Parliament and those who have given evidence into conversation with researchers for an evening of lively insight and dialogue, in an informal and friendly atmosphere.

This event is jointly hosted between The Mile End Institute and UCL Public Policy and is part of a mini-series: Translating knowledge to expertise: Routes into the policy making process.
