Michelle Baddeley, Professor in the Economics and Finance of the Built Environment and author of "Behavioural Economics and Finance" (Routledge, 2013) will present RICS Research Trust sponsored research on collaboration and Building Information Modelling (BIM).

The keynote will cover an economic analysis of the benefits and costs of collaboration in construction, and some insights about BIM’s potential as an effective toolkit to leverage the benefits of collaboration.
