Vijay Rangarajan, Director, Multilateral Policy of the Foreign Office

Vijay Rangarajan will discuss how international norms are generated and defined, and what stresses and strains come to bear on these concepts. He will offer case studies on the responsibility to protect, the prevention of sexual violence, the death penalty, freedom of religion and online freedom of expression.
