Joel Caton, Engberg Endowed Professor, North Dakota State University, US

Professor Caton's research focuses on the effects of nutrient supply during gestation on maternal, fetal, and postnatal outcomes, developmental programming and in particular the growth, development and function of the gastrointestinal tract.
