From the mummified head of philosopher Jeremy Bentham to human pathology specimens in glass containers to 19th century anatomical drawings of veins and arteries, UCL Museum and Collections have a large number of specimens and studies relating to the human body. Join speakers from different UCL departments to hear about Jeremy Bentham's head, the sword swallowers oesophagus and drawings of thigh bones among other items. We'll be exploring and discussing how these collections have been, and continue to be used for teaching and learning across the University.
