Speaker: Professor Graham Lord, King’s College London.

Professor Lord has built up a research group at King’s investigating the biology of the innate and adaptive immune systems. He is particularly interested in regulatory gene networks that govern the function and differentiation of immune cells. He has a strong commitment to translational research with ongoing research into the immunology of transplantation, inflammatory bowel disease and sepsis. In addition, he continues clinical practice in nephrology with a focus on renal transplantation.
