Speaker information

Professor Sebastian Crutch, Chair, UCL
Dr Selina Wray, UCL, Will speak on stem cell models for drug discovery.
Dr Tammaryn Lashley, UCL, Will speak on viewing pathological changes in the brain.
Dr Jonathan Rohrer, UCL, Will speak on the genetics of frontotemporal dementia
Charles Harrison, Visual Artist, Will speak on his work to illustrate the experience of vision problems in Alzheimer's disease.

To kick off the artNEURO weekend, the Rag Factory in Shoreditch will be hosting a special UCL and Alzheimer's Research UK event, showcasing cutting-edge dementia research at UCL. We will be running a combination of exhibition viewings, screen printing workshops (featuring stunning images produced by UCL neuroscientists) and short talks.

Entry to the exhibition and talks (11.30 am - 3 pm) is free with lunch provided, but places must be booked in advance. A limited number of places are available for two screen printing workshops (10 am to 2pm or 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm) which must be booked separately.
